The knowledge and understanding of contractual obligations, business operations, management and business creation is a natural part of Germaine’s skills and abilities. When he was 15 years old, he started a lawn mowing service, employing a few of his friends, managing marketing activities, disbursing salaries and organizing work schedules to meet customer demands. Germaine’s passion for the productivity of business continued through college, where he started, led and operated several organizations. In graduate school, he worked for the United States Small Business Administration’s Technology Program, helping small companies create strategic plans to remain operational and efficient. He helped these businesses repair their finances, fixed gaps in their operations, and taught them strategic marketing procedures using google analytics. He went on to obtain his Master of Business Administration to deepen his understanding of business management and obtained his law degree to gain the wisdom behind the regulatory and compliance needs of companies.
In 2019, Germaine started Beliesol, Belietech LLC and Beliesol Legal LLC. Beliesol came from the merge of two concepts but one idea, “Believe In Solutions,” the idea that every business want can be fulfilled, and every business need can be satisfied. Beliesol is the business services provider and parent company of Belietech and Beliesol Legal LLC. It focuses on marketing, research, development and business consulting services. Beliesol Legal LLC is a legal services provider that focuses on pro se litigation, regulatory compliance, general litigation, contract drafting and negotiation, business formation, trademark search and filing, product management, legal consulting and business start-up services. Belietech is the engineering, technology side of Beliesol. Like Beliesol, Belietech also comes from the merge of two concepts but one idea, “believe in technology,” the belief that technology can solve complex issues while also creating convenience for clients and their partners. Belietech handles all of Beliesol’s product ideas and plans and product management pertaining to engineering. Belietech is a company that can take an idea, turn it into a product or concept and bring it to market.
